….the practice of today. the little things, the baby steps, the stuff that is not dramatic or fancy or grand…but rather mundane + boring + small (or that is what you tell yourself when you don’t do it)….its the getting out bed to run a couple miles…every day…that make the difference. it is the many many many miles in training that get you closer to the finish line. AND in your life….the little i love you’s or saying no to the halloween chocolate or reading that bedtime story to your child. make it ALL matter. cherish each moment for the tomorrow you envision…it always starts with today.
